Staff always attentive and excellent!
Recently renovated room with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Large bathroom and a bath with good sewerage. Overall amazing location adjacent to several restaurants in the Gulch section, local bars, and the Union Station Hotel, Nashville, TN. Also, to the Nashville area👍

The staff was exceptional, the food at the restaurant was excellent and the valet service was excellent as well. The rooms were well appointed with up to date furniture and when I asked for feather pillows for the bed, I received them. They also upgraded our room to one that was a little bigger with no additional cost.

Excellent hotel with an attentive staff. The food from room service was great and we really enjoyed the bar, especially some of the barmen's signature cocktails. We upgraded to a suite for a small premium and it was worth it. We were able to get a suite here for what regular rooms cost in other upscale Nashville hotels, it was walking distance from The District, and the historic quality and ambiance made for a great experience.

The staff here are really attentive and friendly. the location is perfect—set apart from all the typical large box hotels in the area. It's also super convenient, with close access to Broadway, the Gulch neighborhood, and all the local attractions and great music. 🎶.

Atmosphere, historical preservation, quality of accomodations
A/C blew vigorously onto bed. Needed covers. Then it stops and in 5 minutes the room is stuffy...don't need covers. This cool/hot thing cycled all night long, frequently interrupting sleep.

The room is newly decorated, comes with nice bathroom, exterior facing windows and fluffy towels. The location is particularly good and incredible, in an updated train station. Plus, it's in Downtown Nashville district, so close to far enough to be peaceful, and both Broadway clubs and bars.

The building itself is fantastic. So is its location. The staff was attentive and very helpful, and I loved the morning scones & coffee, the afternoon cheese & tea, the lobby's free wi-fi and the big fireplace. I have already recommended it to a lot of my friends. I'd have recommended it in my column were it not for the disparity in floors and the price.
Once I was moved off the 2nd floor I was happy, but that 2nd floor room was not only dreary but the phone didn't work, the door didn't work, and one couldn't use the stairs so you had to wait a long time for elevator just to go one floor to the lobby. I felt relegated to the ghetto, even after I'd specifically asked for a nice room because the trip was a gift. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere but the 4th floor or above.

The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Broadway and the Gulch neighborhood. Plus, the Union Station restaurant and hop-on trolley were conveniently nearby in a pleasant area. the property was also only 3 km away from the stunning Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains. the deluxe queen room exceeded our expectations; it was immaculate and included two queen beds. We also appreciated the wake-up service provided.
